Do you require a deposit?
Yes. To reserve the time and date agreed upon I ask all my clients for a non-refundable retainer of $50 at the time of booking. In the event that the client requests to reschedule its session on account of illness, emergency, act of God or any cause outside its control, the retainer will be applied to a rescheduled session provided that notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled. If you are to cancel this agreement, giving less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of your session, your $50 deposit will be forfeited and released unconditionally.
How fast is your turn around time?
72 hours! I try my best to give you a sneak peak of 1-2 photos within 5-6 hours of our session as I also like to share my favorites on my social media pages but if not that quick, definitely within 24 hours!
Can I share my photos on social media?
Yes! I encourage it! All I ask is you tag me (@littleredchiballoon - Instagram or @LittleRedBalloonStories - Facebook) if you decide to share them.
Do you sell prints and albums?
I do not at the moment. What I DO offer is unlimited downloads and watermark free galleries, meaning you can take the images and order products wherever you like! I find Shutterfly is the most affordable.
Can I bring a change of outfits?
My senior shoots I offer up to 3 outfits!
Can I have the unedited photos or add edits to yours?
In order to maintain my artistic integrity, I request that you also refrain from adding Instagram filters to the photos. I’ve put a lot of hours into honing my editing skills, and I always try my best to make sure that the images meet exceptional creative standards.
